Design Notes

Biobricks for Cph8 are already uploaded to the parts registry (e.g. BBa_I15010) Some are not available and/or did not work as expected. Fortunately the Tabor Lab profided a functional copy.

We further needed to remove an illegal PstI site (indicated in the sequence).
